Thoughts: While, first off, Starters is one of those books that you go, "Oh that sounds really good!" Only you don't get to reading it for a while, but when you do you just can NOT put this book down. Literally, I think I was up all night reading this one and if you haven't read it yet. Go right now and pick it up! You won't regret it.
The aspect that I love about this book the most is probably the whole dystopian aspect and how Lissa Price through in this romance between the protagonist and the main male. I didn’t know how that Ms. Price was going to enthrall the romance into the book but she did. Another thing that I loved was the whole plot line. How do you come up with this stuff?
When I read the first chapter of starters, I was enthralled in all the action, adventure and drama rapped into one. Also the way that Lissa Price writes so delicately and gets you all wrapped up into the story of Callie and her brother and all of the people wrapped up into the story. I felt so bad for Callie and her brother having everything ripped out from underneath them.  I felt so bad for them and what they have gone through.
My favourite character in this book was probably the protagonist, Callie. She is such a strong, brave and beautiful inside and out character. Also, The Old Man has completely thrown so many surprises out towards the end of the book and I have to say, total OMG moments in there. The huge secrets have left he hanging and wanting so, so much more.
I can`t wait for the sequel, Enders and would rate Starters a juicy, 5 out of 5 star! Great Job Lissa and I can`t wait for the next book.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
